The Wine
LearnAboutWine.com, the winery curator for our fifth annual Food Event, is using their expertise to gather the best wine list. Please keep checking back for additions to the lineup.

- Adelaida
The winery is a vineyard driven operation that considers itself a foremost proponent of the potential of west side Paso Robles. Adelaida's wild and rugged mountainside vineyards are loaded with limestone and calcareous shale. According to winemaker Terry Culton, "these characteristics cause the vines to strengthen. This results in added stress on the vines, which lowers the yields but produces more intensely flavored fruit." In keeping with the winery's sustainable philosophy, the vineyards are not tilled, encouraging native grasses, wild sage and rosemary to flourish between the rows.

- Alma Rosa
Alma Rosa Winery & Vineyards, founded by pioneering winegrowers, Thekla and Richard Sanford, believe in nature and agriculture in sustainable harmony. Proudly, all estate vineyards are certified (CCOF) organic.

- ampelos
ampelos is a Greek word meaning “vine”. We believe that all great wines are made in the vineyard, we also have strong ties to Greece, and so “ampelos” truly represents our focus.

- Cantara
Cantara Cellars began as a small winemaking hobby in the garage of Mike and Chris Brown's Moorpark home. With their home located in the "Cantara" section of the Serenata development it only seemed fitting to name the garage-sized winery "Cantara Cellars". Over the next four years they carefully selected additional wine grape sources, increased their knowledge of winemaking, refined their wine style, expanded grape varieties, and increased production. This culminated with the opening of a public tasting room in October 2007.

- Cielo Malibu Estate Wineyards
The majestic Cielo villa watches proudly over some of the most beautiful gardens in the world... Gazing over the sun-drenched Malibu Hills, daydreaming becomes a reality as you blend in with the sky... It's in this dream that we believe we've captured paradise in our wines.

- Coho
Coho is the shared aspiration of Brooks Painter and Gary Lipp to produce flavorful, balanced wines. Grown in select cool-climate vineyards, Coho wines emphasize fruit purity and vitality. Our combined experience working for California wineries totals almost fifty years: both of us involved in all aspects of our craft, acquiring the skills to bottle our passion.

- COQUELICOT
COQUELICOT (ko-klee-ko) is the name “en Fraiçais” of the striking red poppy flower that graces the French countryside, as well as all the labels on our wines. Our 58 acre vineyard is an organically farmed property in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley. Sustainable farming and gentle, meticulous winemaking techniques converge to produce hand made, limited production wines that are a true celebration of life.

- Ecluse Wines
Welcome to Ecluse Wines! We are a small boutique winery and vineyard dedicated to producing limited production, hand crafted, award-winning wines. A question almost always asked of us is about our name, Ecluse. The explanation is simple - Ecluse is French for the locks on the canals that gently carve their way through the remarkable French wine country. Since our last name is "Lock", the name for our wines was born!

- Farella Park
Farella makes around 1200 cases of wine each year with no real plans to increase that amount. That's just enough for him to feel like he has crafted each wine personally to the standards of quality he requires. And after tasting through his wines, it's pretty easy to see how high those standards are.

The grapes we choose for our wines will be carefully selected through local and regional vineyards, which are certified organic or that are transitional and practice sustainability and/ or biodynamics.

- Petroni
Lorenzo Petroni's dream was to be the first California vintner to grow the prized Sangiovese Grosso clone from his native Tuscany in Sonoma soil. He sensed that California could produce stunning results with Italian varieties, similar to the new world successes accomplished with the Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. His feeling is that if done correctly, the new world can rival if not surpass Italy's most prestigious red wines. At Petroni Vineyards, we strive to accomplish that obsession every day.

- Saddle Rock
Nestled deep in the heart of Malibu's Santa Monica Mountain is the sprawling almost 1,000-acre Saddlerock Ranch. A quick look around this incredible ranch will have you longing for the days of wine and roses.

- Solsticio
Solsticio is the fruition of our life-long passion for great wines, and began on our very first trip to Argentina’s Mendoza province. Since then, we have focused our time and attention on bringing the very best of Argentina’s fine wines to you.

- Sweeney Canyon

Pinot Noir to local wineries, and produces Estate Grown wines.
