Birthday Bash

Guests at Fred Segal's (surely, you've been in one of the stores that bear his name?) birthday party wore "white attire only," just like the invitation asked. Also, per the invite, they donated money to the Boys & Girls Club of Malibu Teen Center in lieu of gifts (to the tune of $300,000!). The bash in the 'Bu was hosted by Don and Shelly Sterling (the Clippers) and Liane and Richard Weintraub (Malibu Lumber Yard) at the Sterlings' Malibu Colony pad. Smokey Robinson, Mark Burnett, Kristin Cavallari, and Kelsey Grammer stopped by to congratulate the 76-year-old B-day boy. Ravi Drums, the Library, and Strikers All-Stars performed. Happy Birthday!
